PLAYFULL WOODEN CABIN FOR A FAMILY

.The duplex residential unit is located in a art deco building, originaly purposed as a bank archive storage.
The clients are a young family with two kids and wanted a vibrante and fun home.
We reorganised the layout and simplified the detailing. This approach allowed to acheive modern feeling with clean lines and volumes and to enhance the playfull wood cabin character of the existing space.
The space was then arranged using fun graphical tiling, colored bespoke joinery and ponctual
lights underlining the existing concrete structure.
