The château de Moncley is a neoclassical castle designed and built by Claude Joseph Alexandre Bertrand during the French Revolution.
Despite its beauty, due to the period of construction, the original design was never fully completed. The corps de logis is asymetric due to construction rush, one wing is masonry raw and the horse house is incomplete.
The castle is fully listed and is property of the same family since its construction.

Atelier UNDO X Timothée MAITRE architecture X Victor BONIVARD X Atelier BINOME have been appointed to conduct multiple architectural work in order to preserve the property and bring it into a sustainable and durable future.
